The 1861 UK census shows Thomas and Mary Musson at house #68 of the census district at Malt Office Yard, Barrowby, Lincolnshire
Thomas Musson 39 - Head Mar Baker born Barrowby, Lincolnshire
Mary Musson 31- Wife Mar Bakers Wife born Little Gonerby, Lincolnshire

Note:
I am usnsure if the information below is our Thomas Musson but am recording it in order not to loose it.

The census notes below are the only ones showing Mary Musson who was widowed by 1881. The ages of William and George fit with the 1881 census. Clara, Alice and Thomas do not appear in 1881 but could be in service by then. There is no mention of Minnie in 1871 but she appears as an 11yo in 1881. I wonder if "Minnie" is a pet name for Clara.

Death
I have found a death for Thomas Musson aged 51 (year of birth C1830) at Grantham in Sept Qtr 1881 Vol 7a Page 289.
