Note
This group of census records, more than most, shows wild variation as to the age of Sarah (Snr) and place of birth of each family member. This is due to rounding of ages at census and to the family members own inaccuracies due to poor literacy. I believe the 1841 enumerator just assumed the family were all born in Lincolnshire and the spelling of "Grocock". I have adjusted Sarah's year of birth to reflect she was about 4 years senior to her husband.
