Other than Mark's marriage to Elizabeth Smith in 1845 I have found no official records of either of them. Neither were parents recorded at their marriage. The marriage was performed in November 1845 making them a pioneer couple (arriving in the colony before Dec 1845).
The couple resided at Gawler town in 1846 and were still there in 1855.
Occupation
On the marriage certificate of Mark's daughter, Sarah Ann in 1863, at Sandhurst (Bendigo) his occupation is stated as "cabinet maker".

Mark married Elizabeth Grant BALDCOCK, daughter of John BALDOCK and Sabina BEE, on 27 Nov 1845 in Holy Trinity Church, Adelaide, SA. (Elizabeth Grant BALDCOCK was born on 23 Jun 1822 in Authorpe, Lincoln, England and died on 7 Jul 1881 in Crystal Brook, South Australia.)

Note: "Mly" is most likely a mistake in the transcript and it should read FLy - Full Years (of age to marry).
Marriage Certificate
The marriage certificate reads "minor" for Elizabeth's age and the witnesses were James Balldock (his mark) and James List.
Note
Elizabeth was born in 1822 making her 23 years old at the time of her marriage so this record is quite odd.
