The family resided at 41 Norton Street, Grantham when Maud Mary was born.

Maud Mary was born January 17th 1898 (I have her original birth certificate) to Joseph Shelbourn (my husbands Great Grandfather) & his wife Mary Ann Nouch. Maud had a daughter Lillian Mary born 1919, sometime after Maud emigrated to Canada leaving Lillian behind. We know Maud married & settled in Toronto. I have no record of a Robert George on our side of the family, but you will find it very confusing as there lots of Shelbourns with various spellings within the same family. Hi Colleen, Maud Mary got married in Canada to Norman Cowerd they settled in Toronto. this was her only marriage. My father in law says they came to visit once. Joseph did not have a brother George. No connection with Peel that I know of. The people you mention have no connection either. It seems we have hit a brick wall.
