Louis Randolph built, owned and resided in the penthouse of Greenways - North Adelaide.
He left a large estate which was divided amongst the family according to his will (I can find no recored that Louis and Ruby had children).

Louis married Ruby Gertrude WILLIAMS, daughter of Richard WILLIAMS and Unknown, on 3 Oct 1929 in St Johns Church Adelaide dist Adelaide. (Ruby Gertrude WILLIAMS was born circa 1893, died on 24 Apr 1963 and was buried in Centennial Park, Adelaide SA ⁴.)
